Michael Wainwright USA. accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. When placing an order on our site, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. Your card will only be charged when your order is fully processed and ready to ship.
We work to have your order delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. All online orders have a processing period of 24-48 hours for in-stock merchandise. In-stock items will ship immediately. Your credit card will only be charged for items shipped at that time, and shipping fees will not be charged for back-orders. Back-ordered items will be reflected on your invoice as pending, and will ship when they become available. For all orders up to $100, we offer a flat rate of $9.99 for ground shipping, $39.99 for 2nd day air shipping, and $59.99 for next day air shipping. For orders between $101 - $250 we offer a flat rate of $14.99 for ground shipping, $49.99 for second day air shipping and $69.99 for next day air shipping. $250 and over we offer free ground shipping. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada/International Orders
We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S. only. If you would like to place an order to ship outside of the U.S., please contact Customer Service at 413-644-0070 extension 2# or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When your order ships we will email you a copy of your invoice, which will also be included as a packing slip with your order. The invoice will include a tracking number for your order that can be used to track your shipment at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
Orders must be placed weekdays before 1:00 PM/EST if requesting overnight delivery. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If any of your Michael Wainwright pieces do not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will exchange or refund your purchase, aside from delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any exchanged or returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packing.
