Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders have a processing period of 24-48 hours for in-stock merchandise. In-stock items will ship immediately. Your credit card will only be charged for items shipped at that time, and shipping fees will not be charged after first shipment (if items have been backordered) . Backordered items will be reflected on your invoice as pending, and will ship when they become available.

When your order ships we will email you a copy of your invoice, which will also be included as a packing slip with your order. The invoice will include a tracking number for your order that can be used to track your shipment at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

Orders must be placed weekdays before 1:00 PM/EST if requesting overnight delivery. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
